So, continuing on with the 3D Environment course from Udemy, The next thing that was covered was working up a brick texture with some displacement and plaster overlay and a sandstone strip to make it look old and weathered.
This took me quite a bit of playing around, especially with UV unwrapping to get something I liked. Also, the fact that the displacement modifier displays while in the studio mode in blender is very cool. I like it.
